Welcome to the Gyan Bharti Public School

Gyan bharti public school is a co-educational English medium school – located at the historical and spiritual city, Gaya in the state of Bihar. The school is situated away from the hustle of the city in the foot hills of paharpur which provides a perfect environment for the students to learn and grow.

The school was founded by Dr Arun Kumar who has been a member of parliament several times and has been a visionary in himself in the field of education –especially in the Magadh region of Bihar. The school started with a view to provide modern education to young children of the south Bihar and embodies the idea of staying connected to the roots of Indian culture and tradition.

The entry level class at GBPS is nursery. The school believes in the concept of mental, physical and emotional growth of the child and provides a stress free environment in the campus where each child is special and has complete freedom to fly. The school focusses on building the quality of honesty, integrity, tolerance and mutual co-operation in each students. The school is affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education, new Delhi. The subject taught at +2 LEVEL are English, Hindi, Math’s, Biology, physics, chemistry, Accountancy, Economics, Business studies, and Physical Education. The school follows the system of CCE – continuous comprehensive evaluation where the student’s performance is assessed throughout the academic session.
